How Do You Fry Golden, Crispy Chicken Wings?
Chicken can be made so many ways, baked, boiled, grilled, barbecued and of course, fried. Fried has to be the favorite, and perfecting it is an art and a science–the art is in the presentation of golden and the science is in the preparation and cooking. Place 3 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan and turn the stove on medium heat. Rinse chicken wings with warm water. Place the chicken on a plate and season on both sides. In the medium-sized bowl, scramble eggs. Place 4 cups of flour into the ziplock bag. Place the seasoned wings into the bowl of scrambled eggs and stir using the big spoon. You will probably be able to fit just a few wings in the bowl at a time. Take the wings from the bowl and place inside the ziplock bag of flour and shake up. Place the wings into the frying pan. Repeat Steps 6-8 until all the wings are fried on each side. Allow wings to fry for about 12 to 15 minutes on each side. With a fork, take each golden wing out and place on a plate. Use a paper towel to blot
