How do you get an A for GCSE maths?

You would have to be taking the Higher paper for starters, and practice and study ALOT. I’m bad at Maths and I scraped a C which was the thing I was most pleased with, so if you think you have the ability to do it, (if you are predicted a B or an A) then try really hard and you will be able to do it. Just revise revise revise!

If you get a L8 for SATS, you will most certainly get at least an A at GCSE, almost same with L7.
