Sometimes a pen or other ink-based device is left in someone's pocket, which then goes through the wash. Unfortunately, this also means that this will probably stain the clothes dryer that the clothes go through as well. Fortunately, there is a way to remove the stain and any residue from the ink that has invaded your dryer drum. With a few simple steps, your dryer's drum will look good as new. Open the dryer door. If the dryer was recently used, allow the dryer to cool down a bit. Spray the all-purpose cleaner on the cloth or the pad of paper towels. Ensure that the cloth is saturated with the cleaner. Rub the ink stain with the cloth or paper towels, then wipe down the remainder of the drum to remove any additional cleaner. Leave the dryer door open for at least 24 hours. Do not attempt to use the dryer during this time.  more
