First beat the elite 4 then near pacfidlog town there will be passage to a cave. Walk through the cave and then you will see a buildng. go in the building and make it through with out getting beaten into a pulp. Then there will be a bunch of cracks in the ground use your mach bike and ride across them starting three squares away without hittng a wall. Once you beat that you will walk forward and see rayquaza laying down. My advice is that before you click A in front of him, save and make sure youre pokemon are at full health. Good luck!
