How Do You Get The Soap Scum Off Of Shower Tile?

0

There is nothing more unsightly than the build up of soap scum on bathroom tile. The area that gets paticularly hard is is the shower area.As awful as the soap scum looks it’s actually pretty easy to remove. The key is to keep it from building up again. You will need a spray bottle. Add warmed white vinegar to the spray bottle. The vinegar can be warmed in the microwave or fill the spray bottle with vinegar, stand the bottle up in hot water to warm the contents. Thoroughly spray tiled shower walls with the white vinegar, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Use a rag to wipe down the tile. If there is still soap scum present, spray again, wait 5 to 10 minutes and wipe. To keep soap scum from building up use a car wax such as Mother’s Wax or Turtle Wax, spray on, use a clean cloth to spread on all the tile surface. The wax will keep the soap scum from adhering to the tiles. Repeat every 3 to 4 months.
