How do you get to Sootopolis city in Pokemon ruby?
Sootopolis can only be reached by using dive to go through an underwater cavern or by flying (if you’ve already been there). Surrounding Sootopolis is route 126. Somewhere on route 126 is a single dive spot which leads to the underwater cavern that goes into Sootopolis. You might have to look a while before you find this passage though.
