All you need is some baking soda, a plastic bag and your washing machine. Lay the shirt or blouse on a clean, flat surface. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of warm water. Stir the mixture with a spoon. Dip the underarm sections of the shirt or blouse into the baking soda mixture. Let each section stand in the mixture for at least two minutes. Remove the shirt or blouse from the mixture and place the garment in a plastic bag that closes like a Ziploc bag. Push any air out of the plastic bag and seal the bag close.
