Flower seeds are an environmentally friendly gift that will grow and add beauty to the home or garden of the recipient. Fill your plastic storage bag with potting soil, and place it into the flower pot. Cover the bag of soil with dried Spanish moss, which you can find at any craft store in the floral section.
