Why pay expensive salon or spa prices for some stranger to rub and polish your toes when you can do your own (or a friends or spouses) at home? Fill tub 2/3 full with water to your desired temperature. Usually the warmer the water is, the easier it is to remove calusus. Be careful not to overfill the tub so that water doesn’t go everywhere. Remember, your feet still have to go in there. Put bath salts in water. Find a comfy chair and a magazine. Place your feet in the tub and relax. Your feet should soak for at least 5 – 10 minutes to make sure that any calusus are soft. After 5-10 minutes remove one foot from water. Lightly dry foot. Use polish remover and cotton balls/pads to remove any polish already on your toes. If you don’t have any polish on, obvisously you don’t have to do this step. But keep remover and pads out for later. Repeat this step for both feet. You can put each foot back in the water after you finish each step. Take out 1st foot and dry lightly again. Take foot buffe
