How Do You Give Yourself A Pep Talk?
• Decide whether or not the big event that’s coming up requires said pep talk. It may be an exam, a sports game/tournament, trying something new, or confessing your love to someone you’re partial to. If you feel scared, anxious, and/or nauseated, then it’s probably best to give yourself a pep talk. • Find someplace where you can be alone for the duration of your pep talk. It’s probably best to do so in the privacy of your own home, where you don’t have to worry about someone walking in on your pep talk.
