How Do You Glue A Crystal Chandelier Arm?

0

When gluing anything on a chandelier, you need to make sure you know what it is made of, different glues work only on certain materials. The first thing you need to do, is clean the arm and the place it is going, I recomend using an alchohol based cleaner. After carefully cleaning both the chandelier arm and the area it is going to be placed, rough both surfaces with a bit of steel wool. Apply a small amount of epoxy to both the chandelier arm and the area where it will be. Wait for the epoxy to become tacky Once the epoxy is tacky, join the two pieces making sure to support them carefully until the epoxy dries.
