How Do You Grill A Fantastic Chipotle Pepper Jack Burger?
I have a great recipe for anyone who enjoys a little heat and flavor with their cheeseburger… and the best part is I use the frozen, already made burger patties! Warm up your grill for a couple minutes and scrape off all old food from grill plates. I am one who prefers a propane grill since there is less mess, takes less time, and usually cooks a little more even. After throwing your frozen patty on the grill (bottom rack), splash the top side with some Worcestershire sauce (this will help keep the burger moist), and a little lemon pepper. Grill for about a minute on each side, then move burger to top rack. (this will help seal in some of the juice and flavor) After cooking burger on top rack for about 5 minutes, flip, and cook other side for about 5 minutes (or until just below desired color) When your burger is almost cooked how you like it, place a piece of pepper jack cheese, and 3-4 slices of a chipotle pepper on top. Then close lid and continue to cook on top rack for about 1-2
