Painting an entire wall mural can be a huge undertaking for the novice home decorator. There are several different ways to make the job easier. Method one is the grid method, you will need a complete image reference to begin. In this example I used a simple page from a coloring book. Outline 1 x 1 inch squares on the entire image as shown, and then translate the inches into feet for the wall making the chalk outline 1 foot by 1 foot.
