How Do You Hang Kitchen Cabinet Doors?
If your kitchen décor needs an upgrade or your cabinets are looking a bit worn, hanging new cabinet doors can give the whole room a quick facelift. While new cabinets are a major investment, cabinet doors are relatively inexpensive and do not require a professional for installation. If you have rudimentary woodworking skills, you can perform this task on your own. Lay the doors to be installed on a table. Identify the side of the doors where the hinges will be attached. Measure down 3 inches from the top of that side and draw a horizontal line with the pencil. This is where the top of your top hinge will rest. Measure 3 inches from the bottom of the side you marked in Step 1. Draw a horizontal line with your pencil. This is where the bottom of your bottom hinge will rest.
