You may use this method with white eggs or brown, and with as few or many eggs your pan will allow! Small eggs may be used, but medium, large, or extra-large eggs are recommended. Fill pan with water, enough to completely cover all eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a full boil on stove top (pan uncovered).
