How Do You Hook A Virtual Gravity Bowling Ball?
Hooking a bowling ball perfects your bowling game. Universal and individual techniques can be routinely practiced when hooking the ball. Hooking techniques can be used for any ball, but the Virtual Gravity ball creates high friction and greater spin radius reactions than most bowling balls. Use good hand position, follow-through and focus to control the ball for the right hook every time. Place the bowling ball in your non-dominant hand. Be sure the finger holes are facing up. Place the tips of your middle and ring finger into the top two holes. You want to have enough of a grip to hold the ball without dropping it on your follow-through, but loose enough for an easy, smooth release. Place your thumb in the thumb hole. Spread your index finger as far out as you can across the ball. Place your pinky as close as you can to your ring finger. You want to start out with a steady hold on the ball to practice the hook. Position yourself on the lane to throw the ball. When you’re just about to
