How Do You Imitate A Movie Actor?
• Pick a movie actor you want to imitate. For beginners, try Arnold or Sylvester Stallone • Watch some movies of that actor you have picked. See how the actor executes his/her dialogue and style. • Start trying to imitate. Copy words and phrases, then copy the style of saying those words and phrases. Famous examples may be the “Jaa” or “Yaa” of Arnold, “Luke, I am your father…” or even “Go on, make my day…. • See how the actor moves and responds to his/her environment. Imitate that as well. Finally, imitate the general style of the actor.
