How Do You Install A Canon S400 Printer Without A Disk?
The Canon S400 combination scanner and printer must be connected to any computer running Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS X operating system. Both operating system manufacturers have built-in driver support for the Canon S400 appliance that will automatically be installed. However, the utility printing and scanning software cannot be installed by either operating system, and this software must be installed with the included installation disk. Fortunately, the utility software may also be downloaded from Canon and installed without the disc, should the disc have been lost or damaged. Connect the Canon S400 printer to the computer and turn the appliance on. Turn on the computer onto which the utility software is to be installed and log on to the Internet using that same system.
