How Do You Install A Tippmann A-5 Flatline Barrel?
A flatline barrel for the Tippmann A-5 dramatically increases its accuracy and the distance of each paintball fired. Unlike normal barrels, you must screw this barrel into place using three bolts. While the process of installation is more difficult than other barrels, the benefits of using this special barrel are greater. The complex design of the barrel imparts a special spin on each ball that allows it to outperform all other barrels on the market. Make sure when you purchase a flatline barrel that it is designed specifically for the A-5. Remove the stock barrel and adapter from the Tippmann A-5 by placing the gun flat on a surface with the right side (when aiming) facing down. Unscrew the three bolts near the barrel on the side that is facing you (the left side of the gun). One of these screws is located one inch towards the back of the gun and is larger. Be careful not to move around the gun since this screw also unscrews the cyclone feed system. Twist the barrel, and pull it away
