How Do You Install Auto Window Tint?
Some people enjoy tinted windows for the privacy they provide, while others tint their windows to help keep the bright rays of the sun from their eyes while driving. Though many newer cars come with windows that have tint built in, older cars need to have window tint installed. It is a relatively easy and inexpensive task to undertake, you simply need some basic knowledge. Use a glass cleaner to clean the inside of the windows. To do this, spray the glass cleaner generously and wipe clean with a paper towel. Use your poster board and scissors to make a template of your window. To do this, hold a sheet of poster board against the inside of your window and trace the outer egde with a pencil. Cut an 1/8-inch inside the pencil line, eliminating any overhang. Transfer the template to the tint. Lay your template on the window tint. Use your razor blade to cut along the edge of the template. Wet and install your tint.
