Fill the master cylinder reservoirs. You need to replace the brake fluid you siphoned out when you removed the old brake caliper. Bleed the hydraulic system. You need remove any air from the brake line. Check for fluid leaks. You need to apply pressure to your brake pedal and look for brake fluid leaks. Lower the car. You need to drive it to see if the brakes work correctly.
