It is generally an improvement to subscribe to DSL Internet, but setup can be a headache. Here’s some helpful ideas to get your Internet up and running without paying excessive setup fees charged by your provider. If you take your time and follow the steps carefully, you will be enjoying high speed Internet in a few hours or less. When you receive your kit from the phone company or other DSL provider, unpack the box to make sure everything you need is in there. They will often include a packing list, count the total number of pieces if there isi a total. Or, just look it over to make sure nothing is missing. If there are parts missing, call the company immediately. Install all filters on the phones. These generally just snap into the phone jack (where applicable).
