How Do You Install Floodlights On A Polaris Ranger?

0

The Polaris Ranger is a cool vehicle that allows you to venture deep into the woods. But unless you have floodlights installed on your vehicle, your jaunts are limited by the amount of sunlight you require for maximum visibility. Expand your exploration time by adding those floodlights; here’s how. Take out the top mounting bolts on the windshield of the Polaris Ranger when installing floodlights. Hold the top panel for attaching the top mounting bracket so it’s over the top of the windshield’s frame. Make sure the outer slots line up with the holes in the windshield. Position the clamps, insert the bolts and turn the finger nuts clockwise until they’re nice and tight. Drill a hole that’s 5/16 of an inch in-between the slots in the “attaching stiffener” and through the windshield. Try to center the hole you drill as much as possible. Insert the ΒΌ-20×7/8th “button head bolts,” the sealing washers, the flat washers and the Nylock nuts. Tighten them with your fingers until they’re secure.
