Once set up, the drip system will deliver a steady, regular flow of water to the plant. Attach a 1 gallon-per-hour drip emitter to one end of ¼-inch drip line tubing. Attach the end of the tubing with the connected emitter to the bracket that holds the hanging basket. Make sure the emitter is over the center of the basket. Wrap a cable tie around the bracket and tubing. Tighten it firmly. Work the tubing over the top of the post, or to the side if the bracket is not at the top of the post, and down the back side. Attach it to the post every 2 feet with a cable tie. Install a ¼-inch connector at the other end of the tubing. Punch a hole into the ½-inch main
