"My banana pudding was delicious, but the next day, it just looked, well, yucky. The bananas were all brown and, even though it still tasted good, it was hard to find the gooey brown banana bits appetizing." Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever gone to make Banana Pudding or Cream Pie or want to make fixings for a sundae bar only to see that, later, your bananas have taken a turn on you? They may taste good, but they sure do not look good. Alot of people have heard about keeping apples from becoming brown, but not many people know the way to keep bananas from looking tired. Use this method and your banana treats will have whole new life. Thoroughly mix juice and honey with a whisk in a large mixing bowl until a syrup is formed. Toss bananas in mixture until coated. Drain excess juices, using a colander if necessary. Use immediately on your favorite banana desserts and treats.  more
