You can listen to audio cassettes on your Panasonic RX-D29 boombox. Audio cassettes with high metal position, though, may not play well. Here is how you can listen to an audio cassette with your Panasonic RX-D29 boombox. Press “Tape/Off.” Press “Stop/Eject.” Open the deck and load a cassette. Place the cassette facing upward. Close the deck by hand. Press “Play” to play the cassette. It will start playing and a “Tape” symbol will flash on the display. Adjust the volume as desired. Press “Stop/Eject” to stop playing. It will switch off the unit. Press the “Pause” button to stop playing the cassette. Use “Rew/Rev” for rewinding a song and use “FF/Cue” for searching forward during playback.
