The Monarch 1138 pricing gun belongs to the 1130 series of Monarch pricing guns. The 1130 series from Monarch, a subsidiary of Paxar, is known for the ease with which each gun can be loaded. Each gun in the product line has an internal loading label chamber that keeps the label roll from snagging or jamming. The 1138 model prints one line of five large characters on each label, ensuring customers’ eyes will locate the label quickly and easily. Firmly grip the gun with one hand. Pull back on the tabs that are on the top front of the gun–there is one on each side–with your other hand to release and open the top of the gun.
