How do you load ansi sys in CMD window?

According to Microsoft, you can’t. But you can in a COMMAND window (or a CMD window in which you run COMMAND) as long as you include ANSI.sys in the SYSTEM32\CONFIG.NT file. I have tried this in Win2k and it works – to a degree.
