Have a small but, sensable supper. Make sure that u do not eat atleast 4 hours before you go to sleep. Do 30 minutes of cardio of a morning, & 30 min cardio of a night before bed. Drink lots of water, and stick to the diabetic/vegetarian diet. Bump up the ammount of cardio as you get used to it, and always keep your pulse rate up at a steady level when you exersize. You will loose allot at first, and thats mainly water weight, after that it will seem like that you wont be loosing any but, keep sticking with it long enough and your fat will burn off slow at first and the really go quicker later.
