In large mixing bowl, combine 1 white cake mix (dry) and 1 (3 oz) Vanilla instant pudding mix with a whisk. Add 4 large eggs, 1 C Oil, 1/2 C water, and 3/4 C Amaretto and mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Place 1 scant C batter each into 6 sterilized well-greased one-pint wide-mouthed mason canning jars. Wipe batter from rims. Place jars on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Place hot sterilized seals and rings on hot jars. Jars will seal themselves.
