How Do You Make A Banana Split Ice Cream Pie?
Banana split ice cream pie is a great way to serve an old time favorite. It very simple to put together and requires no baking. It’s great for summer time or when there is just not enough time to bake a dessert. Gather up everything you’ll need to make the pie. Ingredients: * 2 small to medium bananas * 1 graham cracker pie shell * 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened * hot fudge sauce, room temperature * pineapple and/or strawberry topping or preserves * chopped nuts * whipped topping * maraschino cherries Slice up the bananas, and arrange them evenly in the bottom of the pie crust. Spread the ice cream on top of the banana slices. Place in the freezer for two hours so the ice cream will set back up. Place the fudge, strawberry and pineapple toppings on top of the ice cream.
