Beat your bongos with this do-together craft Paint the oatmeal containers and allow them to dry. Replace the tops on the containers and turns them upside down. Place a wooden bead about a third of the way down the container and glue in place. Allow for glue to dry. Place another bead about two-thirds of the way down the container, and glue into place. Once the beads are dried and secured in place, repeated the process with the other container. (Note: Using a glue gun makes this step easier, but should only be done by adults.) Decorate the containers with different decorative items of your choosing Glue one piece of ribbon to the outside of the oatmeal container. Make sure the ribbon is long enough to go over your neck and shoulders. Attach the other end of the ribbon to the opposite containers. So to make a strap for your drums.
