How Do You Make A Cheese Broccoli Casserole?
Imagine delicious melted cheese sprinkled over chopped, fresh broccoli and fresh onions. My mother and I always used to make this recipe all the time and it always turns out great. Take out your ingredients: Canned cream of mushroom soup, Mayonnaise (just 1 cup), 1 beaten egg, half chopped onion, 3 frozen broccoli sticks, 2 packets of Cheddar cheese, Salt and pepper. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees. While you are waiting, go ahead and grease up a bake dish for the broccoli mixture. Take a large bowl and stir in the mayonnaise, egg, onions, and cream mushroom soup. Transfer your broccoli into a large steel bowl for mixing. Take the mayonnaise and the other mixture and scoop it onto the broccoli with a spatula. Add salt and pepper if desired. Transfer everything back into a cooking dish. Once you have covered all the broccoli, sprinkle the cheese all over it evenly.
