How Do You Make A Cheese Quesadilla With Corn Tortillas?

0

Cheese quesadillas are a Mexican snack meaning flour tortilla folded in half around a filling of cheese or beans, then fried or toasted. They can be made quickly with almost anything you have on hand. This is a tasty version using corn tortillas that we make in our home. I hope you will try them. They are tasty, quick and simple to make. Heat your dry skillet on medium low. Shred your cheese into a bowl. Spread butter on one side of a corn tortilla and put it butter side down into the skillet. It should start to sizzle. Top the tortilla with as much shredded cheese as you like. Sprinkle La Victoria taco sauce over the melting cheese. Butter another corn tortilla and place it on top of the cheese butter side up. When your cheese has melted enough, flip your quesadilla and cook just until tortilla is lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly, cut half or fours and enjoy!
