• Preheat the oven to Fanbake 180 degrees Celsius. • Cook tortellini in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions. Add the peas in the last 30 seconds of cooking. • Drain pasta and peas and return to the saucepan. • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frypan over medium – high heat.
