How Do You Make A Chiton Out Of A Bed Sheet?
Make sure that the bed sheet length-wise is held in your left and right hands (see image below). You might need to sew it shorter if it drags too much, or simply fold it over.
- Fasten the sheet corner in your left hand over your right shoulder with a clasp or safety pin.
- Pin the drooping sheet that fell to your left side over your left shoulder.
- Adjust the length to make the neck drop to your taste.
- Tie a rope or belt around the waist.

Pin a bed sheet around you and step into a pair of sandals to show your friends how to wear this simple but classic costume. Step 1 Make an even 12-inch fold across the top of the fabric. You can make the fold longer or shorter, depending on your taste. Step 2 Fold the the width of the sheet in half, keeping the top folded.
