How Do You Make A Chocolate Lovers Pudding Cake?
Do you ever reward yourself with chocolate? This is the recipe for you. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, milk, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Coat a 9 inch square pan with non-stick spray and pour in the batter. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle these dry ingredients over the poured batter. Pour 1 1/2 cups of water directly over the mixture. This will turn into the pudding. Bake in a 350 degree pre heated oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm and top with ice cream. Yum!
