How Do You Make A Delicious Bean Salad?
Bean salad is a versatile dish that’s easy to prepare. It also happens to be delicious. You can make a lot or a little and it will stay fresh for days in the fridge. This dish is great for parties, as part of a larger meal or all by itself! First, drain and rinse the chickpeas and black beans and drain the corn. Next, prepare the grape tomatoes by cutting them into halves or quarters. If you’d like, you can cut the Calamata olives into halves as well. Take the chickpeas, black beans, corn, grape tomatoes and Calamata olives and mix them together in a big bowl. Mince the clove of garlic and put it in a separate bowl. Pour in the olive oil and then add the balsamic vinegar while whisking the emulsion. Finally, add the salt, pepper and brown sugar and continue whisking until everything is thoroughly mixed together. Pour the dressing over the bean salad. Enjoy! If you’d like to save some for later, just cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
