use a small fry pan. Add butter or oil. I always beat my eggs with a fork and add milk or cream to them before placing them in the hot pan. Make sure after placing the eggs in the pan that you swirl the pan around up away from the heat and coat the pan with the eggs. After one side cooks for 2-3 minutes, I scoop under the eggs with a flimsy spatula and turn them over, then start adding my ingredients. This was you get no runny egg whites in your omelet. once you have all your ingredients you desire, fold omelet over in half, making a 1/2 moon shape. Slide out of pan and onto a plate, sprinkle with shredded cheese or parsley to garnish and happy eating!
