How do you make a field trip permission letter addressed to the principal?
Put the letter on letterhead. Even if its you’re own name and contact information at the top. It is certainly acceptable to call the principal and see what words they need in the letter. The best letters are polite and to the point. I recommend going out to Staples and buying some fancy paper to put it on. Fold it in three, (bottom folded up to 1/3, top folded down on top of the fold made). Put it in a nice standard envelope and mail, or drop off with the Secretary. Date Principal Principal’s Address Dear ___ : I would like to coordinate a field trip….*field trip details here* *how you will carry out coordinating here* I would appreciate your permission to proceed with this project.
