How do you make a good meatball sandwich recipe?
I’ve never had it with coffee in it but here is a recipe I use at our catering service. 2 lbs hamburger 2 eggs 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers 1 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs mix well make into large balls and place in bake pan add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until done, While these are baking mix 2 large cans tomato sauce with 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers. Simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes.
