How Do You Make A Gravy-Less Breakfast Pizza?
Breakfast pizza day was one of the few times i remember being excited about having to eat the school lunch. This is a new twist that my mom came up with after my sisters and i were out of high school and still craved that wonderful breakfast-for-lunch-or-dinner treat. This recipe excludes the gravy, but i assure you it is just as tasty and less messy! Preheat oven to whatever the directions on the crescent rolls say Scramble the eggs. Don’t over-cook, leave it a bit runny (but not soupy) because it will also cook in the oven. Roll out crescent rolls onto a pizza pan so that they form a, well, pizza shape. Spread eggs and all other topping on top of the crescent rolls, putting the cheese on top of everything. Cook in oven for the time it says for the crescent rolls. Let sit for a few minutes to cool, cut into pizza slices, and enjoy!
