• Put your 2 slices of bread in the toaster oven and start them toasting. • While they toast, get your 2 slices of cheese ready. • When your bread is about half as toasted as you want it to end up, open the toaster oven and carefully pull the rack out a bit. • Put a slice of cheese on each piece of bread, slightly askew so that when the sandwich is closed the whole sandwich will be very cheesy. • Slide the rack back in and close the toaster oven, resuming toasting. • Keep an eye on your cheesy-bread! • When the cheese is partially melted, open the toaster again and close your sandwich. • Put your sandwich back in for a few more seconds (until it looks like you want it to) to seal the sandwich. Remove it from the toaster oven, cut diagonally and enjoy!
