You can make a simple Halloween pinata for your child's Halloween party with just a few ingredients and your imagination. One of the easiest Halloween pinatas that you can make is a Jack-O-Lantern which can be assembled and filled with all kinds of Halloween treats. And best of all, you probably have most of the items needed on hand Cut long strips of newspaper approximately 1 inch thick and set aside. Blow up a balloon to the desired pinata size. Make sure you get larger size balloons so that you will have a good size Halloween pinata. Combine flour and water mixture. Dip strips of newspaper in the mixture, wipe off excess mixture and lay over balloon; slightly overlapping. Be sure to keep a space at the top uncovered since this will be needed to fill with candy. After the pinata dries overnight repeat with another layer of newspaper and mixture, making fresh mixture as needed. Once completely dried pop and remove the balloon.
