If you have ever worked with a hot glue gun, you know the potential for hurting yourself or making a mess with the hot glue on your counter. While some hot glue guns come with with little kick stands, but they are seldom strong enough to keep the hot glue gun in a position that is both safe and minimizes mess. While this may not be the most beautiful hot gun holder around, it works well. Find a full wire clothing hanger without any cardboard. It can however be colored with a thin layer of plastic. These hangers are readily available from your dry cleaner. Stretch the hanger out by pulling the center of the hanger where slacks would go and the hook part of the hanger. Bend the hook part of the hanger back onto the hanger as shown in photo. Bend the end of the hanger opposite the hook perpendicular to the rest of the hanger.
