How Do You Make A Homemade Low Sodium, Low Fat Vegetable Soup?
Soup! This is a quick, easy homemade soup recipe with almost no fat and very little sodium. Many people today are either weight conscious or are on a low sodium diet or a low fat diet because of a health condition they have. This recipe is delicious and can be used by anyone as a great make ahead meal. Of course, if you must, you can add salt. Take a large stock pot and add the cans of beef broth. Chop cabbage into small pieces about 2″ x 2″. Add to pot. Over high heat bring cabbage and broth to a rolling boil. Lower heat and simmer about an hour or until cabbage is almost tender.
