And it’s a cheap dish…make your meal feel a little fancier without breaking the bank! Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain peaches. In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients. You can either let the butter sit out and soften first or just chop it up roughly and put it in. Mix well! Pour into a square Pyrex-style dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until cobbler feels springy to the touch. When it is done it will still be a bit gooey but should not be runny. If it is, just bake a little longer. The final result should be a little chewy, gooey, delicious after dinner treat!
