How Do You Make A Jello Poke Cake?
This cake has become a favorite at birthday parties and other events. A light, cool delicious cake that is sure to please everyone. The first step is to bake a cake. This can be done by baking one from scratch (my personal recommendation) or by simply making one from a box. Once the cake has finished baking it is important that you allow it to completely cool. Once it has cooled, take a toothpick and poke a bunch of holes into the entire cake. The jello that you pour over it is going to fill those holes so you want them dispersed throughout the cake. Then heat one cup of water to a boil. Add jello mix and stir until dissolved. Then add one cup of cold water and continue stirring for another minute. Once completely dissolved pour the liquid jello mix over the entire cake. Refrigerate the cake overnight so that the jello has time to absorb into the cake.
