• Get a sheet of plywood – the thinner the better – and mark out the shape of the blade. Add a border all the way around, of approximately 15mm and cut out. • Cut out a pair of sides the size of the border piece. • Glue the border piece to one of the sides and place the blade in it. • Glue the second piece onto the other, ensuring that the thickness of the blade is less that that of the border piece (it will likely get stuck, so split some of the ply and make a spacer) After the glue has set, finish off first the sides then the edges.
