How Do You Make A Low Cal Shake Without Ice Cream?

Learn how to satisfy that craving for something cold, thick, and creamy without overdoing the calories. This strawberry banana shake has only half the calories and carbs of a regular shake. Place 8 large frozen strawberries into a blender. Peel one banana. You can peel the banana ahead of time and place that in the freezer too, wrapped in wax paper or plastic wrap. Break up the banana into two or three pieces and put that on top of the frozen strawberries in the blender. Pour cold milk into the blender. Start by adding only about one cup of the milk and blend for 10 to 15 seconds. Open blender and add 1 packet of the artificial sweetener. Check the mixture for desired thickness. If it’s too thick add more milk. If it’s too thin add a couple more frozen strawberries, or a half of banana. Usually one banana and 8 strawberries is thick enough. Blend again until fruit is completely broken down into tiny bits. Serve immediately and enjoy!
